Years have gone by and I've finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good soccer. I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: "A pretty move, for the love of God."
And when good soccer happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don't give a damn which team or country performs it.

Zidane: A 21st Century Portrait... Redux
Why is this brilliant filmstill not available on DVD in the U.S.? If we can take down Uwe Boll, we can surely get this released in Region 1!

Agree with you.
It sounds like it's not going to be interesting - simply following Zidane round with a bunch of cameras for 90 minutes. But first impressions can be deceiving, and i really enjoyed it.
The film provides a fitting memorium to this generations greatest player, and is pure poetry im motion. The musical score (i forget who it's by) is mesmerising.
All in all it's a fantastic piece of art, that should eb enjoyed by as many people as possible!
